SILAD, AKA Elite, is the Founder & CEO of Alpha Five Assassins Gaming. He started AFA back in 2019 as a small group playing The Division 2. What began with just a handful of players grew into a much larger community, with SILAD helping lead AFA into the Top 50 clans worldwide on The Division 2.

Having gamed for over 20 years, SILAD has experience across both casual and competitive gaming. Over the years he has helped put together competitive Call of Duty teams, supported players looking to improve their game and also achieved a 3rd-place finish in a Halo tournament on Z League.

That experience has helped shape the way AFA works today. SILAD has passed his knowledge on to other experienced AFA members, helping build a support network where players who want to improve can get coaching, training and advice. AFA welcomes all skill levels, but for those who want to push themselves further, the opportunity is there.

SILAD is still heavily involved in AFA day to day. From the website, artwork and content to recruitment, events, partnerships and planning what comes next, he continues to be hands-on with the community he started.

Outside of running AFA, SILAD has spent several years streaming and creating content and has a background in photography, videography and editing. He is also a strong supporter of mental health awareness and has taken part in charity streams, fundraising and awareness campaigns over the years.

Despite being the CEO, SILAD is still very much part of the community — whether that’s jumping into games, chatting with members, helping someone out or simply having a laugh. His aim has always been for AFA to have something for everyone, from people looking for a friendly gaming community to those wanting to compete and develop their skills.
